For every character you play, you should have a separate account. One account = one character. The only exception is when you're playing a mother and her newborns. Please limit yourself to three characters in total.

No metagaming, godmoding, or powerplaying.

Metagaming: Using information you have gained OOCly (or via another character of yours) ICly as a character. For example, someone comments OOCly to you that their character has just told a lie, and your character responds ICly "I know you're lying!" No. You can't do that.

Godmoding: Declaring an affect on another person's character without permission, especially in a fight scenario. An example of this would be my typing "Connahei bites and kills Ice." or, to a lesser extent, "Connahei bites Ice, drawing blood." The proper form is "Connahei tries to bite Ice," and then Ice's player decides whether or not he actually got bitten. Another example is "EbonyPeltFemme looks at Connahei. He can't help but feel attracted to her, because nobody can resist her shining eyes that make you think of the stars." Uhh, no. I get to decide what my characters think and feel in response to yours, thanks.

Powerplaying: Making your character obscenely powerful beyond reason. This means being able to take a bunch of hits without any signs of slowing or injury, being able to dodge every single attack, being able to DASH AWAY omg and escape from anything, and in general being unrealistic about your character's abilities.

These are the three big no-nos. Other than that, the only other rule for roleplay is that no sexual stuff is allowed. Innuendo is fine, like playing out your characters talking romantic-like to each other and then ending the scene there with implications that they're ICly doing sexual stuff after the scene ends. That's called a "fade", and is perfectly fine. But graphicly-depicted sex and heavy petting is very much against the rules. Just don't do it.

As for OOC rules, harassing, spamming, and being a dick are all against the rules. The last one is up to me to interpret, so just conduct yourself like a respectable person, and you'll get respect in return. All I ask is civility.
